Jeffrey Wade Cook

He was my husband and best friend. He loved his family and friends with all of his heart. He is missed everyday by ALL that knew him. He was definately an awesome soul that never knew a stranger and you could see the love coming from his electric blue eyes. I love you Jeff and always will.
